    Hemp will take good care of you, especially if you take good care of it. Below are some suggested tips for taking the best care of your hemp.

    HEMP + ORGANIC COTTON BLENDS:

    • Machine wash cool, gentle with like colors.
    • Tumble dry, low heat. 
    • Do not use spot laundry cleaners, bleach or other chemical and enzyme cleaners like oxi-clean. 
    • Take care not to wash with garments with zippers or velcro or towels with texture as this will cause abrasion and pilling.

      HEMP +  WOOL BLENDS:

      • Follow the same instructions as above for Hemp + Organic Cotton blends, but be extra careful to only tumble dry on very cool settings. Laying flat to dry is the best way to maintain integrity of wool fibers.

      "Love these shorts! So comfortable, I love the fabric it’s like an heavy cotton and hangs well. Enough coverage without looking huge. Bought them for myself postpartum (XL) for something to walk + lounge in that was comfy and non-toxic material.       Nice short, great alternative to

      "Nice short, great alternative to synthetic fabrics. I really like the Jungmaven shirts, shorts are good but not quite as perfect. The waist is tighter than expected and not very supportive or flattering, would prefer a wider band. Rest of short is tts. Material also stretches a bit and can look more worn than the shirts. I refuse to wear polyester so these are a good alternative in the summer."

      "Love love love these. I wear a small/6 usually, but wear a large in the sun shorts because the waistband is tighter, but comfortable. I wear a medium in the Makena shirts for reference. I've only used them for lounging so far, but plan to use them for walks when it's warm but not super hot. I am addicted to Jungmaven now. The hemp and cotton fabrics don't retain odors and can be worn more than once between washings unlike synthetic athleisure. I feel cleaner and less wasteful.
